Burt Topper was born on July 31, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He was a producer and director, known for The Hard Ride (1971), Soul Hustler (1973) and Tank Commandos (1959). He was married to Jennifer. He died on April 3, 2007 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
During World War II, he served in the US Navy in the Phillippines.
