During his career of over 30 years at the Columbia Broadcasting System, he worked on such large productions as Miss Universe, Miss America, and all of the network's many soap operas. Before moving to CBS, he worked in the legitimate theater as a contract master electrician all over the United States with many production credits, including the original Broadway production of "The Diary of Anna Frank".
