Tina Majorino is going to make some waves on CBS’ Scorpion this season.
TVLine has learned that the Veronica Mars alum will be a major recurring guest star during Season 4 (premiering Monday, Sept. 25), playing Florence, a chemist who moves in next door to the team.
Florence does not initially ingratiate herself to Walter & Co, but once she is accepted by the gang, that will cause even more problems. Hmmm. Theories, anyone…?
In addition to her run as Veronica’s brilliant Bff Mac, Majorino’s previous TV credits include Grey’s Anatomy, Big Love, Bones and TNT’s Legends.

During Scorpion‘s Season 2 premiere, Walter is tasked with saving 10 million lives from a nuclear-powered satellite hurtling toward Earth — and he needs to do it with a banged-up hand and constant dizzy spells giving him trouble.
But in comparison to his love life woes, the whole Southern-California-blowing-up thing seems like a walk in the park.
Indeed, the CBS drama’s sophomore debut found Walter and Paige confronting their feelings for each other (in the most awkward way that two people can do that), Toby and Happy confronting their feelings for each other (in a surprisingly not-awkward way) and Team Scorpion...

How is Lady Pole? Short answer: not great. Fortunately, the show she’s in continues to be brilliant…
This review contains spoilers.
1.2 How Is Lady Pole?
When it’s-going-to-be-over-too-soon anxiety creeps in even before the episode title has appeared, you know a TV drama is doing something right. And in its second instalment, Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell does a great many things right. (One of which is making the squat, previously unwieldy-looking Susanna Clarke novel seem to glow luminously and whisper “Read me. Read me now” every time I come near the bookshelf. I’m holding out until after the finale, but resisting is not going to be easy.)
Chief of its achievements is the sheer irrefutability of its world. Not a sausage about its faerie realm, fleet of rain ships or enchanted-horse troop feels implausible.
You could put that down to the world-class magic worked by its VFX and...

With the premiere of Fringe’s fifth and final season almost here, Fox is launching a new promotional campaign that sets the tone for the sci-fi saga’s last hurrah. If you’ve been keeping up with the intel coming out of the Fringe camp since Comic-Con and through the Fall TV preview season, then you know that the show’s climactic chapter will take place in the year 2036, when/where The Observers rule the Earth as uppity overlords, and the former agents of Fringe division are freedom fighters questing to sweep away their powdery-skinned time traveling oppressors, perhaps back...

Melissa Joan Hart‘s baby on the way already has her beat.
“[I'm] really exhausted. I don’t know if it’s [from taking care of] the two older ones, I don’t know if it’s because I’m older … but I feel so tired all the time,” the actress, 36, told People at the Monday premiere of What to Expect When You’re Expecting in Hollywood, Calif.
“I’ve been in bed at 8:30 every night. I tell my kids, ‘Go put yourselves in bed. I gotta go to sleep.’”
But while she recognizes age may play a factor in her third pregnancy,...
