He was an actor and writer, known for Asterix and Obelix vs. Caesar (1999), Babeck (1968) and Raumpatrouille - Die phantastischen Abenteuer des Raumschiffes Orion (1966). He was married to Roswitha Völz. He died on May 2, 2018 in Berlin, Germany.
