Frank J. Wilson was born on May 17, 1887 in Buffalo, New York, USA. He was a writer, known for The Undercover Man (1949), The Archives (1940) and Doubtful Dollars (1945). He was married to Judith B. Douglas. He died on June 22, 1970 in Washington, District of Columbia, USA.
After a long career in law enforcement where he was instrumental in
bringing to justice such criminals as Al Capone, he retired as Chief of
the U.S. Secret Service in 1947.
