- Gösta Wälivaara was born on June 6, 1940 in Gällivare, Norrbottens län, Sweden. He is an actor and writer, known for Karlsson på taket (1976), Karlsson on the Roof (1974) and Blushing Charlie (1970).
- In 1980, he wrote new Swedish lyrics for the French song "C'est si bon" (written in 1947 by Henri Betti and André Hornez) for the album "Strikt Kommersiell" recorded by Janne Carlsson. The title song became "Långkalsong". The original Swedish lyrics were written by Gösta Rybrant in 1950.
