Günter Krings
1989 Abitur. Studied law and history at the University of Cologne from 1989 to 1994, first state law examination in 1994; studied U.S. and international law at Temple University in Philadelphia from 1994 to 1995, Fulbright scholarship, Master of Laws degree; 1995 to 1997 legal trainee at the German Association of Cities, among others, second state law examination in 1997.
1997 to 2002 research assistant at the Institute for Constitutional Law at the University of Cologne; lecturer at the Cologne School of Journalism; 2002 doctorate Dr. jur. Lawyer in Mönchengladbach since 1998, lecturer at the University of Cologne since 2004.
