After Monday night’s performances, The Voice fans are raging about the release of one singer. While all of the knockouts were tense, one in particular has fans angry about the loss of this amazing talent.
The Voice Kicks Off The Knockouts
During the Monday edition of The Voice, the coaches: John Legend, 45, Dan Smyers, 36, Shay Mooney, 32, Reba McEntire, 69, and Chance The Rapper, 30, didn’t get fans’ full approval. The coaches were preparing their team members for knockouts with Keith Urban as a Mega Mentor. Furthermore, tensions were running high since the knockouts pitted two contestants against one another to determine who would continue to the playoffs. Once the singers perform a cover of a hit song, the coaches make their selection of who advances. The other singer has a chance for one of the other coaches to scoop them up. But if not stolen, the singer is eliminated.

Recently, body language expert, Judi James, discussed The Voice coach, Shay Mooney’s actions. She expresses his movements indicate “power splay.” Additionally, saying he is using “weaponized flirting” in the course of the show interactions.
Shay Mooney Is Trying To Be Smooth
During seasons of The Voice, the coaches’ positions are often uncertain. In a clip from Tuesday night’s Battle Rounds, Shay Mooney is talking to Reba McEntire, John Legend, and host, Carson Daily. Furthermore, mischievously stirring the pot, he says, “Reba, I feel like you are so far away. I would love it if you were over here and John was way down there.” But easing the bash he tells John Legend, “You do smell really good.” John looks away and chuckles slightly. But Shay continues by admitting he doesn’t have a scent and needs to get one. John casually adds to the slightly awkward conversation, “You just feel a little sexier.

NBC’s The Voice Season 25 is here, and fans are embracing the judges this season. Reba McEntire returned for her second season as a full-time coach, and John Legend and Chance the Rapper rejoined to judge alongside McEntire. Additionally, newcomers Dan + Shay became the first duo judges to join the series. Unfortunately, sources claim that the show creators are “freezing” McEntire’s pay due to budget cuts.
‘The Voice’ creators are reportedly ‘freezing’ Reba McEntire’s pay
The Voice Season 25 features some of the best judges the show’s ever had. Unfortunately, sources claim that the series creators plan to make budget cuts that will likely impact the judges’ pay. Reba McEntire is reportedly getting the biggest payout per individual judge, so she’ll certainly feel the effects of a “talent budget” cut.
“There is a substantial trimming of costs and ways of looking at not increasing spending,” an NBC contractor told The Sun.

Ok, probably a lot (as in most?) of you aren’t asking yourselves, “Who are Dan + Shay?” — aka as The Voice’s first-ever coaching duo — because you already know. They’ve been making waves in the music biz for more than a decade. But for anyone who — admittedly, like me — lives under a rock and isn’t super-familiar with them, here’s the 411.
The Voice Coaches, RankedView List
Legend has it that Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney met at a party at the former’s house in 2012. They jammed together that same night and started co-writing the very next day.

The blind auditions will be even more fun to watch during The Voice’s 25th season, when country chart-toppers Dan + Shay join John Legend, Reba McEntire, and Chance the Rapper as the U.S. contest’s first-ever coaching duo. Sharing one button, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney have to agree on which singers are worth turning their double-wide chair for — or go rogue. “We’ve got enough history that we’re usually pretty aligned,” Dan says, “but there are moments where you’re like,‘I guess I’m along for the ride.’’’ The Grammy winners dish. What are your negotiations like? Dan Smyers: We’re doing this secret whisper, look over, tap on the knee sort of thing. It’s going to be good for TV, but it might put us at a bit of a disadvantage. [The other coaches would tell contestants,] “I turned around first.” I was like, “Well, your chair turns around faster...

NBC’s The Voice Season 24 continues with the finalists, and fans can’t wait to see which coach comes out on top. This season, fans have had the chance to watch Niall Horan, Gwen Stefani, John Legend, and Reba McEntire go head-to-head with their teams of talented singers. And it appears that Horan makes less money than the rest of The Voice coaches. Here’s how much he makes.
Niall Horan is likely the lowest-paid coach in ‘The Voice’ Season 24
Niall Horan is a coach in The Voice Season 24 alongside John Legend, Gwen Stefani, and newcomer Reba McEntire. The One Direction singer got his start with The Voice in season 23 and won, making an early name for himself as a tough coach to beat. Fans were delighted to see him return for season 24. But it looks like he didn’t necessarily receive a pay bump after his inaugural season.

The 55th CMA Awards tried to restore a sense of normalcy to country music, following another year of the pandemic, a scandal with one of its rising stars, and a genre that is fracturing along political and cultural lines. Still, there were a handful of missteps, along with a few “Wait, what?” moments. Here’s how we saw it.

We have, by and large in this pandemic year, lost our grasp on time, tossing out heralded routines and watching some minutes skirt by while others seem to drag without end. And yet Clive Davis remains unperturbed. The 88-year-old music executive’s storied pre-Grammy bash, which he hosted Saturday night in virtual form, lasted a formidable five hours — almost as long as its in-person counterpart. Davis, however, swapped out the usual ballroom hors d’oeuvres, champagne flutes, and side-of-the-room gossip for a potpourri of at-home artist performances, interviews, and decades-spanning reminiscence.

The nominations for the 54th CMA Awards are out this morning, and they don’t include country music legend Garth Brooks as a nominee for the Entertainer of the Year award.
That’s because Brooks voluntarily disqualified himself in late July, saying that he’s won too many times — seven, to be exact, including last year’s — and wants to give the opportunity to another artist.
It was a tweet from a fan that steered Brooks to the decision.
“It said, ‘Hey, man. This guy, why doesn’t he just step down (and leave) the entertainer for the next generation?’ 100% agree,” he told press according to The Tennessean. “It’s time for somebody else to hold that award.”
That leaves the possibilities open this year to Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Luke Combs and Eric Church. May the best country star win.
