It’s been almost a decade since J. Cole rapped “Dick so big, it’s like a foot is in your mouth” on Jeremih’s “Planez.” Now, on Cash Cobain’s “Grippy,” he’s back with another horny feature for a new generation of fans (and, inevitably, haters).
It’s a playful release for Cole, who was, for a moment, caught in the middle of this spring’s tense rap war between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. A representative of Cash tells Rolling Stone that Cole recorded his verse towards the end of April,...

Eminem’s next album might already exist, but it definitely didn’t arrive today. Monday morning, the rapper surprised everyone by announcing a record titled Infinite 2 with an elaborate teaser trailer. Fans sprinted to streaming services after he posted the 40-second video — which could benefit from having a warning for those with photosensitive epilepsy — only to be disappointed when nothing was actually there. They should’ve rushed to their calendar first.

Kali Uchis has shared her new album Orquídeas, her fourth studio album overall and her second sung entirely in Spanish.
Orquídeas includes the previously released singles “Muñekita” featuring El Alfa and City Girls’ Jt, “Te Mata,” and “Labios Mordidos” featuring Karol G. Other collaborators on the 14-track album include Peso Pluma, and Rauw Alejandro, as well as her real-life partner Don Toliver, with whom she just revealed she’s expecting her first child in the new music video for “Tu Corazón Es Mío / Diosa.”
Orquídeas translates to “orchid,” and Uchis explained the significance of the album’s botanical title in a statement: “The orchid is the national flower of Colombia, and we have more species of orchid than anywhere on earth,” she said. “I always felt distinctly intrigued and magnetized by the flower. This album is inspired by the timeless, eerie, mystic, striking, graceful, and sensual allure of the orchid.

“Ask God why, I didn’t get an answer/Why I lose my brother to bullets/Why I lose my grandma to cancer,” Offset harmonizes on “Say My Grace.” Few could have imagined that the Atlanta artist who emerged as one-third of Migos a decade ago with “Versace,” reintroducing the concept of a rap group to the Zoomer generation, would settle uncomfortably into the role of husband to pop icon Cardi B, and become a target of internet gossip so pernicious that the phrase “Offset cheating” elicits thousands of Google search results dating back years.

Since mid-2022, heavy news and speculation have followed Offset. Rumblings of tension among his rap group Migos began when Quavo and Takeoff set off as a duo that May and continued even after Takeoff was tragically murdered last November. Sza has teased Lana, a deluxe edition of her 2022 album Sos.
Speaking to fans at a recent concert, the artist called Lana “a whole ‘nother album” clocking in at “7-10 songs” and said “it’ll be out this fall.” Since the announcement came during a show, there’s not much more information to report at this time, but you can watch Sza announce the deluxe edition below.
Featuring guest appearances from Phoebe Bridgers, Don Toliver, Travis Scott, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Sos blew our expectations out of the water as the long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s Ctrl; sbe was even the subject of our December 2022 cover story. A few months after the album’s release, Sza — born Solana Rowe — enlisted Doja Cat for a remix of single “Kill Bill,” which Consequence named Song of the Week.
More recently, Sza tapped Justin Bieber to appear in a new music video for Sos cut “Snooze.

After years of abandoned release dates, Lil Uzi Vert’s new album Pink Tape has finally arrived.
The album spans 26 songs and includes collaborations with Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, and Don Toliver. Also featured are metalcore band Bring Me the Horizon and J-pop metal group Babymetal. Plus, Lil Uzi Vert covers System of a Down’s “Chop Suey!” and samples Eiffel 65’s “Blue (Da Ba Dee)” on the Nicki Minaj collab “Endless Fashion.”
The album was preceded by a trailer directed by Gibson Hazard, which really acts as a mini action movie more than anything. The four-minute clip begins with an anime-version of Uzi, whose infamous $24 million pink diamond is ripped from their forehead by some sort of ancient samurai. Justin Bieber’s face was left partially paralyzed in June 2022 after he was diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, a rare virus that affects nerves in the face and ear. The condition caused the pop star to halt his tour – which was later quietly canceled in its entirety – but if he ever decides to get back out on the road, it would be a missed opportunity to not include My World 2.0 single “U Smile” on the setlist.
On Wednesday, Bieber shared an update on how he is recovering from the syndrome via his Instagram Story.

“Most people don’t know how to love/ That’s why they’re empty,” Kali Uchis muses on “Worth the Wait,” a gently unfurling slow jam from her third album, Red Moon in Venus. Over 15 tracks, the Colombian American pop star reveals that her own knowledge of love is overflowing, with songs that examine and revel in the emotion in all its forms. Judging by Red Moon’s candid lyrics, her own take on love is wide-eyed, yet not completely naive; it’s savvy, yet not corroded by past misfortune.
