Welcome to this week’s review of Aew Dark: Elevation which sees the show get back to a longer card, featuring seven matches this week. We’ve got Excalibur, Anthony Ogogo and Mark Henry on commentary and Serena Deeb and Mercedes Martinez re-teaming for more women’s tag action! Let’s get into the review…
Match #1: Serena Deeb and Mercedes Martinez def. Heather Reckless and Tootie Lynn
My Thoughts: Serena Deeb and Mercedes Martinez are re-teaming once again for more tempestuous women’s tag team wrestling. The duo work together on a knife-edge and it has brought an interesting air of tension to their matches so far – and this one’s no different. Like their last pairing, this was an example of an Aew quasi-squash match, with Deeb and Martinez giving Heather Reckless and Tootie Lynn a modicum of space to Try and get some offence in!
My Score:...

Welcome to this week’s review of Aew Dark: Elevation which sees the show get back to a longer card, featuring seven matches this week. We’ve got Excalibur and Mark Henry on commentary and the Dark Order in Another main event! Let’s get into the review…
Match #1: Nyla Rose def. Max the Impaler
My Thoughts: Well Max the Impaler certainly has an interesting look! Max was also a fantastic foil for Nyla, seemingly matching her beat for beat. This one could have done with more time and a not-so-quick ending. But hey ho, we’re back to quick matches packed in a short amount of time on Dark and Elevation it seems.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Private Party def. Camaro Jackson and Sk Bishop
My Thoughts: I’m not the biggest fan of Private Party but I do like it when they treat matches more seriously.

Welcome to this review of this weeks episode of Aew: Dark, I’m editor Phil and this weeks episode of Dark is Not from Aew Universal, instead this was filmed on the road in St. Louis and the larger crowd definitely makes a difference. Oh, and we’re back to nearly two hours of wrestling this week too!
Match #1: The Gunn Club def. Dark Order
My Thoughts: You’ve got to feel sorry for the Dark Order having to give up a winning streak to the Gunn Club of all people. I have no idea why Aew is insisting on having Billy Gunn and his two sons have an undefeated streak – it’s not like they’re remarkable wrestlers, they personify the midcard/jobber role perfectly and Dark Order are way above that station; and they have great skills to back that up. Uno, Reynolds and Cabana made this match work.
