- Has 35 published albums and 29 singles. Has published albums in Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Germany, Spain, Russia and former Soviet Union. The albums sold only in the former Soviet Union in the beginning of the 80's are more than 10 million.
- Her first album was published by the Romanina company - Electrecord in 1963. This is the first long-play gramophone record of a Bulgarian singer.
- Her first concert was in Bulgaria at the "Universiada" hall in Sofia, 1964.
- She worked as a nurse in her hometown of Kubrat between 1959 and 1961.
- Lili was decorated with the "Stara Planina" first degree order for her huge contribution in the Bulgarian culture and popular music in 1999. Holds a number of awards from festivals in Sofia, Barcelona, Athens, Tokio, Paris and many more.
- In 2000, she scored the biggest hit of her career - the song "Winds".
- The Italian Magazine L'Europeo stated that she has sold more than 10 million copies in the USSR. However, due to the Socialist system in Bulgaria, she has never received any income from the sales of the records, beside a monthly salary equal for all famous singers at that time.
- Ivanova started her career singing popular Italian, French and Russian hits.
- Ivanova won her first prize "Golden Key" in 1966 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. In the years that follow she receives over 10 international awards and numerous local recognitions.
- In tribute to her contribution to the culture of the country, she is often referred to as the "Prima of Bulgarian popular music".
