Charlie Sheen's Hanes commercials have been suspended by the underwear company amid his domestic violence charges drama this holiday.
The ads for Hanes' "Comfortsoft" undershirts line, starring Sheen and the brand's longtime sponsor Michael Jordan, were last scheduled to air on January 1, but after the "Two and a Half Men" star's arrest on Christmas Day, most of the commercials disappeared.
Company spokesman Matthew Hall told People that they suspended the ads on December 28. "Some were seen on the 25th, 26th, 27th as we could not reach the networks over the holiday weekend."
Sheen's sponsorship deal with Hanes will end mid-year and there were no other commercials planned. Hall said they have a print ad featuring Sheen that is scheduled to run this spring in some publications. Because of publishing schedules, the company won't be able to change those ads.

The ads for the "Comfortsoft" line of Hanes undershirts were last scheduled to air on Jan. 1 of this year, according to a Hanesbrands spokesperson, but after the arrest most of the commercials disappeared. "We suspended the commercials on Dec. 28," spokesman Matthew Hall says. "Some were seen on the 25th, 26th, 27th as we could not reach the networks over the holiday weekend."Sheen's...
