The AFI Dww+ is a year-long directing workshop that supports women and traditionally underrepresented narrative filmmakers through the production cycle of a short film, providing hands-on instruction led by industry experts. The 11th annual Method Fest Independent Film Festival, which runs March 26-April 2 in Calabasas, Calif., will kick off with Max Mayer's "Adam," starring Rose Bryne and Hugh Dancy.
