Jay Shetty is teaming up with MasterClass in order to teach viewers how they can find fulfillment in their lives. The life coach and social media star, who reaches more than 15 million followers on Instagram, has launched a new course titled Navigating Change.
As its name implies, Shetty’s course is a guide for people who are going through major life shifts, such as a job change or the loss of a loved one. To help those viewers overcome their hangups and continue on the path to self-actualization, Shetty conversed with several mental health experts. As a teenager, Demi Lovato would sit on her tour bus in tears, questioning why she felt so miserable despite adoring fans gathering outside her windows expressing their love for her. As she navigated the arduous path from child star to adulthood, her struggles escalated until the game-changing day she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
“I was so relieved I finally had a diagnosis [because] I spent so many years struggling,” Lovato, 30, told the Hollywood & Mind Summit at United Talent Agency in Beverly Hills, California, on Thursday evening. “I didn’t know why I was a certain way and I was dealing with depression and such extreme lows when I seemingly had the world in front of me ripe with opportunities.”

Pushkin Industries, the audio company co-founded by Malcolm Gladwell and Jacob Weisberg, announced today a partnership with the Los Angeles-based production house Little Everywhere. Little Everywhere’s hit show The Dream has joined the Pushkin network. Pushkin Industries and Little Everywhere will co-produce the highly anticipated third season of the investigative series next year. Additionally, the two companies will jointly launch a finance show called Other People’s Pockets, which is expected to premiere in February 2023 and are developing further collaborative projects.
