Spoiler Alert: This story contains spoilers for Season 5 of “Fargo,” now airing on FX and streaming on Hulu.
Juno Temple leads the fifth season of “Fargo” as Dorothy “Dot” Lyon, a Minnesota housewife whose past begins to catch up to her. When Roy Tillman (Jon Hamm), the abusive ex-husband she escaped, sets out to find her, her survivalist side is revealed. As she lays out booby traps and lights men on fire to avoid being kidnapped, she earns the fitting nickname of “tiger.”
But for Temple, what made Dot a compelling character was not just the traits that made her a tiger, but also the qualities that made her a good mother. The show’s creator Noah Hawley told Variety that Dot’s true weapon is her kindness — which Temple said she “couldn’t agree more with.” She added that Dot also wanted deeply to have a mother figure of her own.

“I get to use so many different techniques and learn so many more techniques from other people,” describes Chris Glimsdale of her work on “The Last of Us.” The hair department head put her creativity into overdrive on the HBO drama, creating lace pieces for “infected” creatures and collaborating closely with the makeup and prosthetic departments. But it was her work chronicling an unlikely romance during the episode “Long, Long Time” that earned Glimsdale an Emmy nomination for Contemporary Hairstyling. The artist had a “wonderful” time exploring how a couple aged together in the aftermath of an apocalypse. Watch the exclusive video interview above.
The first step in the process was presenting Nick Offerman to audiences in a way they had never seen him before. The actor arrived on set with a “very clean cut, very modern” look that didn’t fit with his survivalist character Bill, according to Glimsdale.

That's his girl. Longtime Bachelor host Chris Harrison defended Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe via his Yahoo! blog on Tuesday, June 23, after it was revealed on Monday's episode that she had sex with Nick Viall following a flirtatious one-on-one date in Dublin, Ireland. The explosive episode opened with one of the suitors, Ian, telling Bristowe off and calling her out as "shallow." The shocking (and rather uncomfortable) confrontation created an opportune moment for Viall to step in. "Even though Nick wasn’t here last week, he was the first to [...]...

Tonight's episode, kicked off with Kaitlyn going outside to confront Kupah for yelling at the camera man like a freaking lunatic. She basically told him, nothing will change, and to just get the hell out of here. So, off he went. Shortly after that, Kaitlyn finished up the rose ceremony that was supposed to take place in the last freaking episode. Everyone got a rose except for poor Daniel Finney and Corey Shivar. From there, Kaitlyn took: Jj, Chris, Clint, Shawn B., Joe, and Tony on a group date to do some Sumo wrestling at Universal City Walk. The world champion sumo wrestlers showed up to give the fellas some pointers before they had to battle each other. At one point , Tony flipped his wig and told Kaitlyn he doesn't like all these violent group dates she prepares for them, because he's just all about the love and caring stuff.

Chris Harrison says it every year, but this time he really means it...we are about to witness the most controversial season in Bachelor history! The fact that Brit and Kaitlyn are both being considered as the new Bachelorette is only the start of it. Without giving too much away too soon, here are just some of the shocking bombshells you can expect to see this season. 1. Bill Cosby is a contestant. 2. This year, Ozzy Osbourne's "Suicide Solution" is played on repeat throughout the mansion. 3. The new Bachelorette has the power to choose whether those "eliminated" will receive the Death Penalty. 4. There's Robert Mapplethorpe photography hanging...

Gotta be honest here: That was boring…until the season highlights promo. Chris Harrison wasted no time whatsoever in revealing the result of the vote: Britt Nilsson is not going to be the Bachelorette, meaning our girl Kaitlyn Bristowe is now tasked with finding the love of her life as dramatically as she can on national television. Lucky her? We didn't quite hear what Britt was saying as she cried in the limo, but here's what we think she might have said: "That...sob...was...sob...so pointless...sob...and probably...sob...just...for ratings...sob...but I hope...sob sob sob...this is is enough...sob...crying...to fulfill my contractual obligations." So, without...

Tonight's episode, kicked off with, host Chris Harrison, telling Britt she lost the vote to become the next Bachelorette and was out of here after shedding a few tears. Then Chris went and told the fabulous Kaitlyn that she was the new Bachelorette as it should've been in the first damn place. Yay!!! After that, Kaitlyn wasted no time getting back to business, flirting up her fellas. She shared a few, really steamy kisses with a couple of them. One guy actually told Kaitlyn he voted for Britt, but still wanted to stay, like Wtf? Keep your mouth shut. Anyways, the rose ceremony came next. During the ceremony, Brady Toops pulled Kaitlyn to the side to tell her, he wanted to go hunt down Britt, so he was out. However, I think they're going to revisit that in a future episode. From there, Kaitlyn ended up getting rid of: Shawn Evans,...

With 25 suitors choosing between Kaitlyn Bristowe and Britt Nilsson, there's no doubt that the proceedings will be more than a little awkward – especially given the fact that after the first rose ceremony, one of the ladies will have to pack their bags and head back home.
However, Bachelorette host Chris Harrison says that the premiere won't be awkward for the reasons you think. "It ended up being more awkward for the guys," Harrison, 43, told Yahoo! TV. "They got out of the limos and there were two women they had to get to know and impress. Guys are bad at these introductions anyway.

I didn't mean to make "The Amazing Race" host Phil Keoghan self-conscious, but I also couldn't help but notice that one of his first words at the Season 26 Starting Line was to ask the assembled teams, "Did anybody get like a tingly feeling?" And that seemed liked a very different thing for Phil Keoghan to say at the start of an "Amazing Race" season. This is, of course, an "Amazing Race" season like none that has come before. This season's 11 teams include six established couples in various stages of relationships, but also five teams of 10 singles paired around semi-arbitrary criteria, turning the Emmy-winning series into half of a very ambitious dating show. So I mentioned the "tingly feeling" line to Phil in our discussion and that made him a bit self-conscious about tingly feelings. Apologies! "The Amazing Race" premieres on Wednesday (February 25) night at 9:30 after the "Survivor" premiere (before...

Tonight's show, kicked off with Chris taking the lovely Kaitlyn out on a 1 on 1 overnight date in Bali. First they hit up some animal park where they appeared to have a blast. They also chatted for a bit, coupled with some passionate kissing. Later on that night, they talked more over dinner, and Kaitlyn kept trying to open up more, and felt good about her efforts. Everything appeared to go well as they ended things off with a trip to the overnight suite for some more kissing and whatever else that they didn't show, of course. Next, they showed footage of Chris taking Whitney on their 1 on 1 date. They started things out on a yacht, where they talked a lot. Whitney felt the need to explain her sister's actions for not giving Chris her blessing to marry Whitney, right away. Chris reassured Whitney that it was ok, and that he totally understood it.

The interview had barely started and Andi was crying immediately, but she had a lot to say. It made us feel both better and so much worse about the whole thing, because if there's anything we learned, it's that Andi and Josh were truly in love, and just couldn't make it work. This is the second year for the Makeup and Hairstylists Guild joining the awards game, and they've been a welcome addition to the circuit. They spread their nods thin across a number of categories, but it's a good window into what this branch digs, for sure. This year, the only two films on the Academy's bake-off list of finalists that didn't garner any recognition were "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" and "Noah." Meaning "Foxcatcher," "The Grand Budapest Hotel," "Guardians of the Galaxy," "Maleficent" and "The Theory of Everything" were each represented in one form or another. Meanwhile, "Guardians of the Galaxy" led with the most mentions at three, while "The Grand Budapest Hotel," "Interstellar" and "Into the Woods" each got a pair. As previously announced, Oscar-winning make-up artist Rick Baker and Emmy-nominated hair stylist Kathryn Blondell will receive the Guild's Lifetime Achievement Awards. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again this season: I love the hometown visits. They are so revealing and such a good indication of who these people truly are. With that said, I can’t remember a season when the final four people stacked up like this. In my opinion, Ali narrowed it down to four great guys who all could probably make her happy in different ways. He said, she said ... and then he said some more, she said some more.
Recently split 'Bachelor' couple Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi appeared in a special interview on last night's 'Bachelorette' episode to tell their sides of the break-up -- which has made headlines in the tabloids.
Girardi accused her former fiance of "emotional abuse," while the 32-year-old pilot retorted that their relationship lacked intimacy because she continually undermined and "emasculated" him.
"There's no respect for me," he said.
"He treated me like a child," she said.
A grave host Chris Harrison asked Girardi why she sold her story to the tabloids, but the 23-year-old marketing rep replied that Pavelka was a "fame whore" who would've done the same thing first.

This "Bachelor" break-up is getting uglier and uglier. After doing an interview with "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison to get some closure on her split with Jake Pavelka, Vienna Girardi allegedly went into hiding, fearful for her safety, reports People.
What exactly is she afraid Jake is going to do to her? Blind her with his white, white teeth? Literally bore her to death? The possibilities are endless. A friend of Pavelka's says that Vienna's alleged fearfulness is "bull."
"Jake did not threaten her," says the source. "Anyone that knows Jake - including Vienna - knows that physically threatening someone is not in his character."
Fans will get to watch Jake and Vienna duke it out one last time in front of the cameras when their final face-to-face airs on July 5 on ABC. Pavelka's rep confirms that since taping that sure-to-be-dramatic meeting, Pavelka and Girardi have not seen each other. He's...
