A music video for R. Kelly's new single "Number One" has just hit the web. The video captures Kelly and Keri Hilson hitting a radio station, taking the mics and singing to the new song.
"Number One" is confirmed to appear among new materials in Kelly's upcoming ninth studio album "Untitled". Its music video reportedly is directed by Chris Robinson and produced by DJ Skee.

In the Chris Robinson-directed music video, she is captured turning devastated and taken "through the feeling of missing the person she's in love with" in Park Plaza Hotel where the video shooting took place.

A music video in support of Brandy's new single "Long Distance" has been in the work. Directed by Chris Robinson, the video was shot at Los Angeles' Park Plaza Hotel and features songwriter Bruno Mars appearing as a pianist.
Speaking about the concept behind the video, Robinson said that the video tries to show Brandy's emotional feeling when she goes through her long-distance relationship. "The concept of the video is really about performance...kind of take her through the feeling of missing the person she's in love with," he explained.

Following iTunes release of his latest song "One More Drink" on October 28, Ludacris releases a music video for the T-Pain-featuring song. Directed by Chris Robinson, the video was shot on October 20 in Atlanta with cameo appearances from musicians T-Pain and OutKast's Big Boi as well as comedian Katt Williams.
Starting with several men sitting down for a Dda (Drinkers + Daters = Anonymous) meeting with Williams as their mentor, the just-premiered music video displays Ludacris as one of the attendees. As it rolls on, the rapper is seen coming forwards in front of other guys and narrating his experience of getting drunk in a club.
Penned by Ludacris himself, "One More Drink" is the fourth single from the rapper's forthcoming sixth studio album, "Theater of the Mind". Speaking of the record which will be dropped on November 25 across the U.S., the 31-year-old rapper said, "Every song (on the album) is its own individual.

Usher has premiered the music video for "Trading Places", the third single lifted from the May-released album "Here I Stand". In the clip which is directed by Chris Robinson and shot in Venice, C.A., Usher simply cuddles with his girlfriend on a couch and plays around with her.
The song basically tells how a couple can switch roles. The woman paying for the date and taking control of everything while the man making up bed and breakfast. "The story is, like, wishful thinking for all men to have a woman who takes control and compliments us the way we compliment them," Usher explains, adding that he and Robinson "wanted to do something very forward-thinking."
Beside promoting his single, the video also serves as his media to introduce his new line of lingerie for men and women. The model that is featured on the video is wearing one of the samples of his line.

Rising hip-hop artist T.I. will make his feature film debut in Warner Bros. Pictures' untitled Chris Robinson movie. Newcomer Lauren London also is joining the cast. The musical ensemble comedy, formerly known as Jellybeans, is set in an Atlanta hip-hip roller-skating rink. T.I. will play Rashad, the head of a roller-skating team, while London will play New-New, an employee at the rink who is in love with him. Evan Ross Naess already has been cast. Robinson, one of the biggest names in hip-hop videos, is making his feature directorial debut on the film, whose script was written by Tina Chism & Antwone Fisher, Gina Prince-Bythewood and Joe Robert Cole. Grammy-nominated video helmer Chris Robinson has come aboard to direct Warner Bros. Pictures' Jelly Beans. Overbrook Entertainment is producing Jelly Beans, which aims to go into production in late fall or early next year. Robinson continues to remain attached to Columbia Pictures' Static, though it remains to be seen which one will go into production first and mark the helmer's feature directorial debut. The project is described as a music-oriented feature in the vein of Saturday Night Fever set in an Atlanta roller-skating rink.
