- Peter Reid was born on June 20, 1956 in Huyton, Merseyside, England, UK. He is an actor, known for Premier Passions (1998), The Justice Collective: He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother (2012) and Kevin Moran: Codebreaker (2023).
- Former football player who played for Bolton Wanderers, Everton, Queens Park Rangers, Manchester City, Southampton, Notts County and Bury between 1974 and 1995 making nearly 600 appearances in the process. His honours with Everton include an FA Cup Winners medal (1984), European Cup Winners Cup (1985, League Champions (1986). Whilst with Bolton he won the Division 2 championship (1978) in a team which included the likes of Frank Worthington, Alan Gowling and Sam Allardyce.
