Mumbai, Oct 29 – Indian choreographer Longinus Fernandes made actors in ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ dance to his tunes and also directed a sequence in Hollywood film ‘Eat, Pray Love’, but it is Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai who bowled him over with her ‘dream’ like dance moves.
He has choreographed the song ‘Udi udi’ in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s forthcoming film ‘Guzaarish’.
‘It’s very unusual. We have never seen Aishwarya doing these steps. It’s very different from what she has done in the past and she has done a brilliant job with it. She is a wonderful dancer and dances.

You can bet that a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a film that has a huge amount of interest and buzz and for sure makes everyone's list of "Films I Must See". We are talking about the highly anticipated Guzaarish, which is scheduled for release this November.
Rumors abound about the story of Guzaarish from Hrithik playing a magician in a remake of Christopher Nolan's Prestige, to Hrithik as a parapalegic and Aishwarya is his nurse in a film that delves into the topic of euthanesia. Sources have said, "Hrithik plays Ethan, a radio show host. Aishwarya plays a married nurse who is also Hrithik's caregiver. The film also deals with the controversial subject of mercy killing/euthanasia. Ash's character is interesting because she plays a married woman who gets attracted to Hrithik as the second half progresses. The film has dark tones throughout.

September 8, 2010: Longinus Fernandes, more popularly known as Longi, attained his first National and International fame when Hollywood Director Danny Boyle’s film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ had become the talk of the town globally. His only grudge at that time was when his name had got erroneously omitted in the film’s credit title. But Danny Boyle made up for that when he invited him for the Oscar Award Ceremony. A Farah Khan protégé, he toured the world with Javed Jaffri for 5 years for dance performances. At present he his busy working as a choreographer with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Television stars turned Bollywood actors Rajeev Khandelwal and Prachi Desai will be seen together in Vikram Tuli.s debut film Joker. The lead couple recently shot a song choreographed by veteran choreographer Saroj Khan.A source from the film reveals that Saroj Khan designed a few dance moves which the lead couple got very uncomfortable with.. The source elaborates, .Saroji gave them dhak dhak moves a la Madhuri Dixit. Rajeev and Prachi found the pelvic thrusts quite cheesy and refused to do them.Even the director thought a few steps looked vulgar and old fashioned and requested Saroj Khan to alter them. After a little argument, Saroj Khan came up with some new dance moves..Rajeev Khandelwal, who will be doing a song for the first time on screen and is determined to overcome his fear of dancing, confirms, .Yes, I was a little uncomfortable but there wasn.t any argument.

Jai ho… fame choreographer Longinus Fernandes made 3 Nights 4 Days gang dance all day and all night. The young bunch of actors danced twenty-two hour non-stop to the tunes of Daboo Malik and moves of Longinus.
The film is all about six friends who were busy in their own lives all these years, and decide to reunite, just to live it all over again. They plan their reunion, to party harder and harder for 3 Nights and 4 Days, as it is also the celebration of two of the friends’ marriage.
As the songs are the expression of their enjoyment, they are all peppy numbers crafted by the genius.
“The songs are based in discotheque or in the rave party; so the energy level had to be up all the time. As we are all young we danced.

Little is known about Bollywood -- India's counterpart to Hollywood -- by the vast majority of Americans. But Belisa Balaban and Ted Skillman, the executive producers behind IFC's "Bollywood Hero" three-night musical miniseries that debuts at 10 p.m. on August 6, are betting on the goodwill generated by best picture winner "Slumdog Millionaire" will intrigue viewers.
"There's an assumption amongst TV buyers, primarily, that Americans aren't interested in shows that take place outside of the States," Skillman says. "We've always wanted to tell stories that are more outward looking, that focus more on the world. And Bollywood, in particular, was interesting to us because it's simultaneously exotic and outward looking and yet has kind of a familiarity to it."
With this notion in mind, Balaban and Skillman came up with "Bollywood Hero," the journey of an actor who is having difficulty landing a lead "heroic" role in Hollywood. After being offered...
