Mr. Guiod is a senior executive with 38 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Military and Federal Government; and recently Producer, Actor and Picture Car Master.
Originally from Boston Massachusetts, Mr. Guiod started flying at age 12, soloed at 16, and has been a licensed pilot since age 19. He served as a helicopter crew chief/door gunner and air traffic controller in the United States Army and 35 years with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) including operational and leadership assignments at Boston's Logan International Airport, and Air Route Traffic Control Center, and as the Air Traffic Chief at the Worcester, Massachusetts Airport Control Tower, New York Terminal Radar Approach Control, and Bradley International Airport Control Tower and Radar Approach Control. He has served as Investigator In Charge for numerous air traffic incidents.
As an aviation consultant and subject matter expert, Mr. Guiod was recently featured in the National Geographic Channel's "Mayday: Air Disasters" Season 17 Episode & (US) or Season 22 Episode 7 (Abroad) "Tree Top Terror".
Mr. Guiod made his on screen debut in the independent film, "Art Thief" based on the 1990 Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum $500 Million art theft in Boston Massachusetts.
Mr. Guiod attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University for his undergraduate studies and completed the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has also completed programs at FAA's Center for Management and Executive Leadership, the Brookings Institute and the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.
