The "Avatar: The Last Airbender" franchise has been experiencing a surge in popularity in recent years, what with the announcement of two different new TV projects and a planned film trilogy, the bouncing of the original series between different streaming homes as a subscription draw, the creation of a Nickelodeon division focused specifically on "Avatar"-related content, and the "Avatar: Braving the Elements" rewatch podcast hosted by Zuko and Korra themselves, Dante Basco, and Janet Varney. Finally, after many years of insufficient cultural and critical attention paid to what's inarguably one of the best and most beloved fantasy TV franchises of all time, it appears that the industry, the press, and the world at large are catching up to the greatness of Michael Dante Dimartino and Bryan Konietzko's creation.
Even so, a lot of that renewed attention has been directed towards "The Last Airbender," with its sequel series, "The Legend of Korra,...

Looking back over the past eight seasons of Desperate Housewives, there have been many familiar faces that have popped in and out of the series tying its hilarious stories together. Straddling the worlds of drama and comedy, the series helped define a new television term “dramedy.” Even when life is at its worst, there is a silver-lining of laughter embedded into the series. From Mary Alice’s suicide to the first season murders of Deidre Taylor, Martha Huber, Rex Van de Kamp, to the Fairview Strangler, the plane crash and the tornado, as well as the untimely demises of Edie Britt, Nora Huntington, and Mike Delfino – life on Wisteria Lane has never been a calm, peaceful and safe place to live; but it was always a fun place to visit – if only to watch all the outrageous stories brought to life!

Mary Alice: "It's always easy to know who our friends are...when we're deluding ourselves - but the best of friends will tell you the truth even when they know it will upset you." Bree (Marcia Cross) shows the note to Lynette (Felicity Huffman) and Gaby (Eva Longoria). Gaby asks why someone would kill for them. Susan isn't here and so can't be pencilled in with the news. She'll accuse them of keeping yet another secret from her. Then she's keeping one from them too. Lynette says they're still angry about each other. Gaby implies Bree knows about the letters and the link between them and Lynette agrees. Bree doesn't believe this is about her. Mary Alice (Brenda Strong) "yes, only your friends will tell you the truth, so when they warn you about someone suspicious; maybe you should listen to them." Someone watches Bree. Mary Alice: "Susan...

Mary Alice: "No matter what the circumstances Bree Van de Kamp always found a way to stay in control...curved her impulses, maintained a strong moral centre - so when it came to handling a crisis - it made perfect sense that she was in the driving seat." Gaby (Eva Longoria) says they'll end up in prison, Lynette (Felicity Huffman) will start a gang, Bree (Marcia Cross) will cook and she'll be the shortest one there. Gaby then thinks of the note. Bree takes deep breathes and suggests the answers are in front of them. Bree mentions Susan (Teri Hatcher). Gaby says she's crazy. Lynette doesn't think Susan would have moved the body and calls her 'Cuckoo', so they can imagine what she would do if she knew Alejandro was missing. They leave it to Bree. Mary Alice: "Paranoia: it's the irrational fear someone is after you. That you're going to be exposed at any moment. Paranoia sneaks upon you causing you to stumble at every turn...paranoia reminds you that no place is truly safe." Bree (Marcia Cross) Gaby (Eva Longoria) and Lynette (Felicity Huffman) stumble about in the woods as if someone is after them. Actually the part with Bree in the opening was good, it was like she was having a nightmare, but don't think she has nightmares really. They need to dig up Alejandro and Gaby wants it over with already. Mary Alice: "It is often said that children learn their most important lessons outside the classroom...master the art of conversation..but for Gaby Solis the art of morning drop-off was something she never learned." Gaby (Eva Longoria) drops off Juanita (Madison De La Garza) and lets her out before reaching the drop off point. She is faced by Dana (Beth Littleford) who removes Gaby's drop off privileges. If Gaby can take the placard from her then she can have it, but Gaby can't reach it. Mary Alice (Brenda strong) "Some of our most important lessons are learned outside the classroom and when it came to school politics, Gaby's education was just beginning." Mary Alice: "When it came to her separation, Lynette Scavo was determined to do everything by the book...kept perfect records of her household expenses...convinced her by the book approach was the right one.

NBC and Fox have both unleashed their Fall 2011-2012 TV schedule, now ABC has released theirs. I’m excited to see Castle, Modern Family, and The Middle back in the mix. Most of the new shows they have line-up don’t really interest me, but there are a few that have caught my eye. PanAm is another 1960’s based TV show that will go against AMC’s Mad Men and NBC’s The Playboy Club. There’s a show called Revenge that sounds really interesting, but the new series I’m most excited about is is the fantasy series Once Upon A Time, a show where fairy tales collide with the modern day.
Here is ABC’s full schedule along with a description of all of their shows. Go through them below and let us know what TV series you’re most excited about seeing.

Mary Alice: (Brenda Strong) "Gaby's (Eva Longoria) biological daughter was erased and she struggled to cope. Tom (Doug Savant) had a 20 year old secret...he once slept with his wife's best friend, it no longer mattered to him but his wife felt differently. That's why she had decided to punish him and torture him and humiliate him...have her revenge before she told him she knew." Tom rips his pants. Renee (Vanessa Williams) thinks she made a mistake telling Lynette (Felicity Huffman) about them, well then she shouldn't have but it's too late now. Lynette thinks what she's doing to him is better than smashing his head and she's not ready to get over it yet. Since when he apologizes, she'll cry and then forgive him. Besides no one's getting hurt and he slips on some peanut butter strategically placed on the stairs. What if one of the children had stepped on it.

We have promo photos and a short synopsis for you below from ABC. Also, check out the new promo announcing the arrival of Williams. It may not show any new scenes, but these kinds of promos for Desperate Housewives always look very cool.
