Phil is owner and co-chairman (with Ross Boyask) of Modern Life?, a UK
film production company.
During the filming of his first feature film 'Left For Dead' he was
almost killed in a head on car crash. It meant that filming was delayed
3 weeks whilst he recovered from a broken sternum, concussion and
severe cuts and bruises.
Creator and editor of www.nw-comic.co.uk - an online comic book which
is based on one of the first short films he ever made... a project
called 'Night Warrior: Deadly Jade'.
He has two brothers Peter Hobden & Paul Hobden, neither of whom work in
the film industry.
Manages and edits the online film review site www.theotherreview.co.uk
