Bruno Versavel
Bruno Versavel is a Belgian retired association football player. Versavel mostly played as a left half, being an attacking minded midfielder. In his last seasons at Geel and Turnhout he moved back a row. Winning the UEFA Super Cup in 1988 and the Belgian league in 1989 while at KV Mechelen, all achieved under coach Aad de Mos, he moved to Anderlecht in 1992. Staying in Brussels for five seasons, Versavel won the league on another three occasions in a row. He represented his country Belgium at the 1990 FIFA World Cup, held in Italy and won by West Germany. He retired in 2007, with KV Turnhout.
