Jeffery Aro was born Jeffery Ong but has since changed his last name.
Jeffery and his wife Maja Stace-Smith changed their last names to Aro
in honor of Mount Kilimanjaro, where they were engaged.
Having worked around the globe with some of the world's finest stunt
coordinators, riggers and performers, Jeffery is very happy to call
Vancouver, Canada his home.
Having studied various martial arts from age 5, his passion for
movement has extended into Dance and other forms of physical story
telling. He is currently working as a Stunt Coordinator on various
Films and TV programs and has aspirations to one day become a respected
2nd unit director.
Jeffery studied Business Administration and Commerce at the University
of Toronto. Awarded the Howard Ferguson Scholarship for Academic
Achievement.
Is in a Canadian martial arts team called Team Ryouko which consists of
other stunt men such as Louie Paquette who appeared in Relic Hunter and
Allen Keng who appeared in Bulletproof Monk.
