One of Hope Valley’s most beloved residents was nowhere to be found as When Calls the Heart returned this Sunday.
In the Season 11 premiere of Hallmark Channel’s long-running period drama, we learned via telegram that Fiona Miller, played by Kayla Wallace, will be working with her sister to fight for women’s suffrage and won’t be back home anytime soon. As a result, Wallace won’t be back on the show as Fiona for the foreseeable future, TVLine has confirmed.

It’s summertime, but don’t tell that to Mark Tremonti. The Alter Bridge and Creed guitarist has announced his first-ever holiday album, titled Christmas Classics New & Old.
The new release sees Tremonti singing and performing nine holiday classics and one original song. For the LP, Tremonti teamed up with the same orchestra that played on his recent Frank Sinatra covers album. Christmas Classics New & Old arrives October 27th, and is now available for pre-order here.
As for some of the holiday classics, Tremonti puts his own spin on traditional songs such as “Jingle Bells,” “The First Noel,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “O Holy Night” and more. His original holiday song is called “Christmas Morning” and features piano and a marching band.

Get ready for a blast from the past as Creed announces a reunion, set for summer 2024.
In a video the band shared on Facebook, Creed frontman Scott Stapp and the rest of the band announced they’re coming back together for the nostalgia-heavy Summer of ’99 cruise next year.

“We’re truly honoured by all your unwavering support throughout the years,” Stapp says in the video. “Creed is back — let’s do this!”
The Summer of ’99 Cruise departs from Miami and heads to the Bahamas, and takes place from April 18-22, 2024.
Creed are scheduled to perform two sets, and they’ll be joined by Buckcherry, Tonic, Vertical Horizon, Fuel, Verve Pipe, Tantric, Dishwalla, Veruca Salt’s Louise Post, Nine Days and 3 Doors Down.

Escher Holloway and Sarah Habel will star in the indie crime drama "A New York Heartbeat" from filmmaker Tjardus Greidanus.
Set in New York in 1957, the movie follows Spider (Holloway), a young gang leader who blunders into the gambling nest of a notorious gangster, makes off with a suitcase full of money and is beaten and left for dead. He is taken in by a sheltered young woman named Tamara (Habel), who hides him along with her reclusive, bedridden uncle, an exiled crime lord.
Greidanus (HBO's "First Look" preview series) is producing with Laura Davis. Shooting begins this month in Pittsburgh.
