Emily Violet Lizotte is an actor from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She has performed all her life, mainly in dancing throughout grade school, but transitioned her focus from dancing to acting in high school. They earned a BFA in Acting from the University of Alberta in 2023. During the program, they acted in various plays including "Our Town" by Thornton Wilder, "Weasel" by Beth Graham, "Ubu Roi" by Alfred Jarry, and "The Devils" by John Whiting. She has received training in various areas, including Meisner, clown, stage fighting, Greek theatre, Restoration theatre, Kabuki theatre, Shakespeare, neutral mask, improv, and Rasa boxes. Following the program, she produced a self-written psychological thriller play at the 2023 Edmonton International Fringe Festival called "Stir-Crazy". They continue to write and act as much as possible. She began her on-screen career in 2020 when she acted in the official music video for Gord Downie's "Away is Mine." Emily plays Chloe in the '90s-inspired film "Last Stop Video Rentals", which is set to come out in late 2024.
