Abigail Lee Kemp, the woman accused of stealing millions of dollars worth of jewelry in a string of robberies across the Southeast, seemed like a nice and normal girl, her neighbor tells People. "I'm shocked," Philip Becker tells People. "She was nice…she was quiet." The 24-year-old was arrested on Jan. 8 for allegedly participating in six armed robberies at jewelry stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, according to the FBI.
