- Brock Chester was born in Wichita, Kansas, on March 10, 1947, and moved to Pacific Palisades, California, when he was four. He graduated from Palisades High School in 1965, having played both baseball (won the captain's trophy) and football (named All-Western League End and won the most-improved player award). He originally had plans to coach football, but a chance encounter with an agent at a gym steered him into television commercials and guest appearances.
