- Karine Ferri was born Karine Jalabert in Suresnes, Hauts-de-Seine, in the suburb of Paris. She has an older brother David who is six years older. After obtaining her high school final exam and studying modern literature at the university, she began her career as a model, and was elected Miss Paris in 1999. She then began in 2004 a television presenting career on M6. In July 2010, she left the M6 Group to present on Direct 8. In 2012, she joined TF1 to co-host with Nikos Aliagas the second season of the French version of The Voice (2011), replacing Virginie de Clausade.
