"When desire is your darkest secret." Gravitas has revealed an official trailer a film titled Demise, marking the feature directional debut of producer / filmmaker Yara Estrada Lowe. This erotic noir thriller is set for a VOD release in February if anyone is seduced to watch. Demise features a plot involving a very messy love triangle between a married man in Los Angeles named Caleb (played by Carlo Mendez), and his wife Celine (Liz Fenning), and his mistress (Crystal Hernandez). Things take a sinister turn when Caleb decides to leave his wife, and she then becomes extremely obsessed with the newborn son he has with his new partner. Yara Estrada's Demise film stars Carlo Mendez, Liz Fenning, Crystal Hernandez, along with Morris Jude Martinez, Richard Rivera, Lucy Serrano, Caitlin Rose Williams, & Lamar Alexander. This looks twisted & messed up, much darker than yet another tale of jealousy & revenge. Watch out for crazy ex-wives.

Shania Twain arrived at this year’s 2022 People’s Choice Awards to perform her ’90s country-pop smashes, “That Don’t Impress Me Much” and “Man! “Reba’s brand was ‘somebody should leave,’ Trisha’s was a little ‘please don’t leave’ and Faith had ‘no one would ever leave me, obviously,’” singer-songwriter Caitlin Rose once told Rolling Stone, “but Shania’s brand was, ‘I...

On Friday, the label, led by Alyssa and Doug Graham, announced 3Sirens Presents: With Love Part 2, the latest collection of reinvented hits from the Eighties and Nineties — including a stellar rendition of Tears of Fears’ “Everybody Wants to...

Caitlin Rose will release the long-awaited follow-up to 2013’s The Stand-In later this year. The new project, titled Cazimi, will be released Nov. 18 via Missing Piece Records and includes the atmospheric lead single “Black Obsidian.”
A dramatic mix of baritone guitar and glockenspiel introduces “Black Obsidian,” in which Rose tries to untangle what she could’ve handled differently in an unhealthy relationship. “Tried to be just like water to the touch/Take you everywhere you want to be,” she sings. The chorus heightens the swirling sense of confusion with...

There's a scene in the original 1976 Heartworn Highways that's become a central heartbeat of the cult film that chronicled Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Steve Young, David Allan Coe and others as they lived, wrote music and filled their lungs with smoke and song in Nashville, Tennessee. Van Zandt is sitting in his wood-paneled kitchen in a denim shirt, plucking "Waiting Around to Die" on a cherry red guitar. His girlfriend sways, but "Uncle" Seymour Washington, a retired blacksmith born to former slaves, just nods as his eyes, circled by tree-rings of wrinkles,...

For the last interview in our short film series for Indie Horror Month 2013, Dread Central chatted with writer/director Erik Gardner about his latest project Blue Hole, which has found much success on the festival circuit since its premiere at the 2012 Shriekfest Film Festival last October.
Based on a true New Jersey urban legend, Blue Hole follows Michael (Drew Wick) and his intended fiancée Amy (Caitlin Rose Williams) who travel deep within the Pine Barrens of New Jersey to a vacation cabin where he plans to propose to her. Upon arriving they’re attacked by a madman who claims an eerie pond near the cabin called “Blue Hole” can bring back the dead and soon, reality mixes with illusion as the lovers are left to try to figure out if Blue Hole is real or if the madman controlling their fates is truly insane.

He goes to listen to his best friend Johnny Flynn jam out in concert!
Robert Pattinson is working hard in Toronto filming his new movie Cosmopolis, but he took a break to go see his Bff Johnny Flynn play on May 26 at the local Horseshoe Tavern — and some of Johnny’s fellow musicians are talking about the sighting!
Jeremy Fetzer, a muisican at the concert, tweeted, “Robert Pattinson bought us beer tonight and gave me doggie treats for layla Lou! Nice guy! #iliketwilightnow”
Another friend, Caitlin Rose, tweeted, ”dressing room chat: “You look like Robert Pattinson… Oh s–t you are Robert Pattinson.” seriously.”
Rob’s such a generous guy! But he must be so lonely without Kristen Stewart by his side — she’s all the way in London!

Director: Michael Greene Writer(s): Michael Greene (screenplay), Kerem Sanga, Charles Mulford (story) Starring: Michael Greene, Kerem Sanga, Dan Bui, Cyndi Williams, Caitlin Rose, Christina Spurgeon When I first moved to Austin, I felt like I was stepping into Richard Linklater’s film Slacker. Everyone I met seemed to be three dimensional incarnations of the celluloid characters. Looking back, I think I just dreamed most of that…probably for the better. Okay, where was I going with that? Nowhere, it seems. I guess I should have let the gas mask wait until after this review was written. But it was there, looking so…well…eerie yet irresistible. You could say that the gas mask is my muse. Oh, gas mask I love you so…let me count the ways…Yikes, I’m digressing again. Sorry. Okay, so I’m here today to talk to you about a local Austin,...
