Loose Women star Andrea McLean has opened up about the collapse of her second marriage, saying that she feels like she "let [her] children down." The former Dancing on Ice contestant confirmed that she separated from builder Steve Toms on Boxing Day last year, after a two-year union. The couple got together in 2003, embarking on an affair towards the end of McLean's marriage to first husband Nick Green. 42-year-old McLean - mother to 10-year-old Finlay and 5-year-old Amy - insisted that she had tried hard to give her children a happy home, but soon felt "completely destroyed" by her new relationship. "I'm still in shock. When I hear myself talking about 'my first marriage breakdown' then 'this time round', the words are like a stab in the heart," she told The Mirror. “Aim High” is an original action web series on Facebook. Yes, they’re doing that now. Welcome to the 21st century, kids. It stars that guy from “Twilight” and that girl from “Friday Night Lights”, and it’s surprisingly good. I don’t mean for that to sound like a backhanded compliment, but fact is, I wasn’t expecting it to be as nicely written, acted, and directed as the first two episodes were. The scripts, by series creators Heath Corson and Richie Keen are witty and clever, and the premise is, of course, nothing too original, but it’s one of those “just go with it” ideas. And it’s violent, too. You wouldn’t think it would be violent, but it’s surprisingly a lot more violent than I had expected. And did I mention it’s surprisingly really good? Nick Green is a top agent for the Us government – effective,...

In support of his new web-based series, Aim High, Jackson Rathbone ("Jasper Hale" in the Twilight Saga) gave a great interview to Entertainment Weekly in which he discussed the appeal of the series and his The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 co-stars' musical talents. As discussed before, the show centers on "Nick Green," a high school student with a major crush who moonlights as a spy. Here's what Rathbone thinks will ring in the audiences. “Everybody feels like they lead a double life in high school to a certain degree. You’re trying to find yourself and you have several different identities. I think a lot of the characters — not just Nick — do. I think that’s the real appeal of the show.” As for who he likes to jam with . . . “Rob [Pattinson] and I have jammed quite a bit (on the set),” he says. “Miss [Kristen] Stewart is quite a guitarist and singer herself.

Once content just to make you feel bad about your own life by filling your newsfeed with friends and family more successful than you, the social network is expanding into entertainment. Many studios are already using Facebook to announce exclusives and photos, but now Warner Bros will be using it to host, populate, and produce an online show. Warner Bros and Facebook announced today the creation of the world’s first “social series” called “Aim High.” Produced by McG, and starring Jackson Rathbone, Aimee Teegarden, and Greg Germann, it centers on a high school student named Nick Green, who is actually an international spy, as so many teens are these days. Warner Premiere, Dolphin Entertainment, and McG announced last November a teen heartthrob from Twilight would play the lead in their James-Bond-goes-to-high-school original web series. That teen heartthrob is Jackson Rathbone (who plays Jasper Hale and is on Team Edward) and that original web series is Aim High. Rathbone takes on the role of Nick Green, a covert government operative who is one of 64 of a highly trained, elite task force of barely post-pubescent military personnel. When he’s not out completing missions for whoever is the Us equivalent of M, Green is in class, getting bad grades and into trouble, and vying for the affections of a “punk” girl played by Friday Night Lights' Aimee Teegarden. It’s kinda like Getting Away with Murder except for the Facebook generation instead of IFC. (All the old school online video viewers in the room know what I’m talkin’ ‘bout!) And...
