The series finale of Lost aired on May 22, 2011, but for many Losties (like me), there is no “over,” there is only Lost. Two of the bright lights of Lost fandom have decided to do a wonderful thing with the obsession they share with so many; they have put together a non-profit charity webcast, auction and party entitled Cancer Gets Lost, to benefit the National Brain Tumor Society.
Jo Garfein and Jared Wong have devoted much of their lives over the last two years to this three tiered plan, and have enlisted the help of some notable Losties. Videos of support have been contributed by Damon Lindelof and Jorge Garcia, and each of them along with several other members of the cast and production have autographed Lost memorabilia.
Items included in the online auction, which opens today at 1:08pm Et, range from individual Lost trading cards to a Lost Concert...

In addition to all the approving grunts and envious cries that accompany a TV man-cave makeover, there is another unmistakable sound that can be heard. That would be all the moms watching, saying, "What about us?"
Hgtv has listened, turning "Mom Caves," a special it ran last year, into a regular series that will premiere Saturday, May 12 -- fittingly, over Mother's Day weekend. Matt Muenster and Beth Stern host as the renovation crew -- headed by Jared Walker Dostie ("Rate My Space") -- surprise a hardworking mother with a lavish makeover of one room in her house that she can call her own.
Stern spends time with each mom, taking her shopping and learning about her tastes and passions, gathering information essential to crafting the perfect mom cave. Getting the chance to take the show to series has been a thrill for the woman largely known at this point as...

This weekend, Vanessa Hudgens' newest film Bandslam took to the theaters with promises that the second full trailer for The Twilight Saga: New Moon would play during its opening weekend. The dripping faucet of illegal trailer uploads, though, put a damper in the equation lined up for Bandslam's Twilight-related success, and the full, beautiful trailer for New Moon has since been released to the internet community. Tuesday marked the supposed beginning of filming for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse in Vancouver, British Columbia, and photographs of Vanessa Hudgens with Nikki Reed were posted. She is in Vancouver, reports say, for filming of her next movie Sucker Punch, but many are speculating that the star has been cast as Leah Clearwater for Eclipse. If so, Hudgens would join Eclipse newcomers Xavier Samuel, Jack Huston, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jodelle Ferland, and Catalina Sandino Moreno. Hudgens isn't the only Eclipse/Leah Clearwater hopeful in the basket,...

At 47, George Clooney might be too old to be a new recruit in the army... unless he uses the powers of his mind. That's the idea behind his bizarrely titled new movie Men Who Stare At Goats, about a division of the U.S. Army dedicated to using psychic powers to defeat the enemy. Based on some new set photos that surfaced over at Just Jared, focusing on your psychic abilities also requires not cutting your hair for a long time. We've seen Clooney's new mustache in paparazzi photos recently, but now he's got the shaggy hair to match-- a far, far cry from the cropped cut of the E.R. days. My bet is it's a wig, but hey, you never know. Of course, I know there are plenty of you who couldn't care less what George Clooney's hair looks like, so you're free to move along. But the...

It's hard not to admire George Clooney. The man has worked his way up the ranks, became a superstar, and still manages to be loved and admired. But me, I'm not a fan because of his recent stints in films like the Ocean series, nor for his Batman, nor his sexy stint on ER. I'm a die-hard fan of the old Clooney days, where he sported a mullet and popped up in television shows like The Facts of Life and awesome flicks like Return of the Killer Tomatoes.
Seeing the above pictures, which are peeks of Clooney while shooting his new movie Men Who Stare at Goats (courtesy of Just Jared and The Bad and the Ugly), I couldn't help but think back to how the heartthrob has changed over the years, morphing from awkward kid to handsome leading man. So, I'm going to go backwards.
