At some point during day 2 of Giff (It's becoming a big blur), I was greeted by two people from Ohio who brought goodies. Christina Grozik and Paul Shaia, have been doing the film fest crawl with their film And the Winner Is. Winner documents how a small town goes about electing their next mayor. Instead of the typical voting process, the town decides to have the candidates go through a competition, which is best described as Beauty Pageant meets American Idol.
