Omri Marcus (born 1979) is an Israeli comedy writer. Between 2002-2006
he was a staff writer at Eretz Nehederet, Israel's leading comedy show.
The show won Marcus three Academy's awards. Further more, Marcus was a
staff writer for plenty of prime time hits shows in the Israeli
television. Today Marcus is working as senior comedy writer and program
developer for channel 2's Reshet
Marcus started his career as a writer in 1999 in a satirical review that was published in Maariv daily newspaper.
Marcus received his bachelor's degree in Television and Cinema Studies and in History of the Western World from Tel Aviv University in 2005.
