Higher Ground, the media company founded by former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, is adding another podcast to its portfolio.
The latest show is called Ways to Win, hosted by executive director of the National Association of Basketball Coaches Craig Robinson and Head Coach of Kentucky Men’s Basketball John Calipari.
President Obama is set to be the show’s first guest on Tuesday, where he will break down his 2024 March Madness bracket (which he posted this morning in connection with the podcast debut), among other topics.
While Ways to Win is hosted by a pair of basketball coaches, the pair will “use their on-court wisdom to solve off-court problems,” per Higher Ground. “The coaches will also talk to prominent athletes, business leaders, and celebrities to reveal the insights that made them the leaders they are today.”

Wfan radio host Mike Francesa's still got it — and by “it,” we mean a whole bunch of pent-up anger, likely sky-high blood pressure and very viral video potential. The popular New York-based sportstalk radio personality delivered an epic takedown of the New York Jets Monday on his radio show — which is also carried by the Yes Network — following the local football teams bludgeoning by the Buffalo Bills. The Jets dropped to a pathetic 1-7, and Francesa had no patience for General Manager John Indzik's postgame press conference. University of Kentucky men's basketball coach John Calipari is known for being a top-notch recruiter and a master motivator of young hardcourt talent. The Final Four is set for this weekend in what is sure to be two exciting matchups. The action will begin Saturday, April 5th in North Texas, where the number one-seeded Florida Gators take on the seventh-seeded UConn Huskies – the second seventh-seeded team to ever make the Final Four.

What was looking like a blowout turned into a decent game down the stretch, but the University of Kentucky held off a late rally by the University of Kansas to win its eighth national championship.
The Wildcats led by as many as 18 points in the first half and 14 points at halftime. They were even up by 15 with only 5:13 left to go in the game, but the Kansas Jayhawks came storming back to pull within five points with just over 90 seconds left.
It wasn't enough, though. Led by Doron Lamb's 22 points and closing out the contest by making seven free throws down the stretch, Kentucky pulled out the victory. It is Coach John Calipari's first national title. He previously made it to the finals with Memphis in 2008, where they lost in overtime to Kansas, interestingly enough. That season was subsequently vacated when Derrick Rose's Sat scores were found invalid by the Ncaa.

LeBron James and Jay-z have the hip-hop and hoops combination pretty much on lock with the Diamond sign Bron Bron throws up on during games and the NBA superstar appearing alongside the rapper in photo shoots.
But there looks like there's a new dynamic duo brewing, as NBA Draft Lottery prospect John Wall and Drake have formed a bond. The two yakked it up after the Toronto rapper's tour stopped in Kentucky recently, where Wall happens to be enrolled in college as a freshman.
Late last year, Drake appeared on the University of Kentucky campus to lend men's basketball coach John Calipari a hand. Coach Cal and Drake share roots in Memphis, where the former coached briefly and the latter spent time as a youngster.
Calipari recruited the highly touted Wall to play for him during his first year with the Wildcats and he responded by earning All-American honors.

Excel Telecommunications entrepreneur Paul Orberson has bid almost $100,000 to have dinner with Ashley Judd and Kentucky men’s basketball coach John Calipari.

In the eye-popping music video for Drake's "Best I Ever Had" (directed by Kanye West), the Toronto native cast himself as the coach of a highly unorthodox female basketball team. On Friday night (October 16), the rapper got the chance to flex his coaching muscles for real. At this year's Big Blue Madness event at the University of Kentucky (where the basketball team is officially unveiled to the student populace in the first minutes they are eligible to do so), new head coach John Calipari welcomed Drake as a guest coach during the intrasquad scrimmage that made up the main event.
The rapper and Kentucky basketball enthusiast coached against the veteran Calipari, and though he had an assist from former NBA great Rod Strickland, he ended up with the same result as the "Best I Ever Had" video, as his Blue Team narrowly fell to Calipari's White Team by a score...
