The royal family of Abu Dhabi are facing a legal battle about a 7ft high wall they plan to erect around their British estate. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan initially won permission to build the barrier last year, but solicitor Abigail Lewis - whose home faces the Ascot Place estate near Windsor Great Park in Berkshire - has won the opportunity to challenge its construction in the High Court.
