Judita Wignall
- Actress
- Visual Effects
Born in Vilnius, Lithuania this vivacious redhead arrived in the U.S.
at the age of five and almost immediately began her career in showbiz.
It was while growing up in Cleveland, Ohio that she was struck by the
acting bug and began appearing in various children's theater. Through
her teens she continued to do theater as well as model and while
attending college in New York she was the DJ and music director at WNYK
in Nyack, NY. From the Big Apple, Judita headed west to pursue her
ultimate goal to work in the film industry but as fate would have it
her other true love, Rock 'n Roll, led her on a path of music adventure
when she formed the all girl band the "Halo Friendlies." The group's
version of "Me Vs. the World" on the Freaky Friday soundtrack earned
them a gold record which eventually led to worldwide immortality when
Judita morphed into "Judy Nails" with the hugely successful video game,
Guitar Hero. But her success as a musician has never gotten in the way
of her first true passion, the craft of acting. Judita has appeared on
episodes of "CSI:NY", "Charmed" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." It is
safe to say that Judita's star will continue to shine very brightly
whether playing her electric guitar or performing for the lens of a
motion picture.
