Spike TV has renewed hypothetical combat reality series "Deadliest Warrior."
The network is bringing back the 44 Blue-produced reality show for a third season.
The show simulates famous warriors throughout history doing battle. Next season, former Navy Seal Richard "Mack" Machowicz, the former host and producer of "Future Weapons," also joins the cast.
The show has averaged 1.6 million viewers for its first two seasons. The third round of 10 episodes will debut next summer.
