There will be no fourth season for Disney Channel’s Secrets of Sulpher Springs. The network has canceled the time-travel mystery-adventure series after three seasons, Deadline has confirmed.
Created, written and executive produced by Tracey Thomson (The Young and the Restless), Secrets of Sulpher Springs followed 12-year-old Griffin Campbell (Preston Oliver), whose world had been upended by his father, Ben (Josh Braaten), after he moved the family from Chicago to take ownership of an abandoned hotel property, The Tremont. The family—which also includes Griffin’s mother, Sarah (Kelly Frye), and his younger twin siblings, Wyatt (Landon Gordon) and Zoey (Madeleine McGraw)—lived in The Tremont in hopes of restoring it to the lively vacation destination it once was. On his first day at his new school, Griffin heard rumors that the hotel was haunted by the ghost of Savannah (Elle Graham), a girl who disappeared decades ago. He soon...

"Are you familiar with the concept of hypnotics?" Learn more in this trailer. Ketchup Entertainment has revealed an official US trailer for Hypnotic, a sneaky mystery thriller from Robert Rodriguez, which he also co-wrote and produced. This recently premiered as a work-in-progress at SXSW, with a final release set for May in US theaters. This looks super twisty and deceptively clever! A detective becomes entangled in a mystery involving his missing daughter and a secret government program and soon finds himself spiraling down a rabbit hole investigating reality-bending bank robberies. Ben Affleck stars as Daniel Rourke, with Alice Braga, William Fichtner, Jeff Fahey, Kelly Frye, Jd Pardo, and Hala Finley. This trailer has some strong Inception vibes, with all the reality-bending, as well as some Fincher flair. Love seeing William Fichtner in this as the "bad guy" trickster, great casting choice for that role. I am absolutely in for this ride.

The trailer gives audiences a look at how Affleck’s frantic search for his missing daughter. Exclusive: Coming into this week’s EFM, Ben Affleck action-thriller Hypnotic was barely on anyone’s radar. However, the movie was quietly one of the market’s X-factors. It’s rare, after all, for a big-budget, finished film with A-list talent and director to still be without a U.S. distributor.
But the Robert Rodriguez-directed project, which wrapped shoot back in 2021, has had one of the more curious and challenging journeys for a big-budget independent film package in recent years.
First announced back at AFM 2019, the 65M project was the flagship package for Mark Gill’s ambitious new mini-studio Solstice, which was due to handle the domestic release. Oscar winner Affleck would play a detective investigating a mystery involving his missing daughter and a secret government program. Pedigree also came from former Warner Bros exec Jeff Robinov who was aboard as producer.

There are few scenes on Criminal Minds that are played just for giggles.
In an exclusive clip, we have what appears to be a fun, if somewhat combative, moment between husband and wife about who knows best.
You'd think that Matt would be well aware of the importance of technology in his day-to-day life given how often he uses it for his job and its role in saving people.
But when the Bau takes charge of a hostage situation at a law firm in D.C., where Matt Simmons’ wife, Kristy (Kelly Frye), works, I have to wonder whether he has all he needs to get the job done.
At least until Kristy got to him the morning before the event.

Plot:
Barry has to deal with a Woman whose touch can turn anything or anyone into an explosive, while also trying to dissuade Iris from continuing her blogs about his heroic alter-ego.
Verdict:
Okay so it was bound to happen sooner or later, but we finally have an average episode of The Flash (but that doesn’t mean that it is bad). This show has had a very strong start to it’s maiden-run (more than most shows do), which has made me wonder if a mediocre episode was even possible (and the closest I have seen before now was ’things you can’t outrun’ and that was still good). But this episode had a lot of potential and some really cool moments but ultimately it was a let-down, feeling flat and dull overall when it shouldn’t have been either of those.

According to "The Flash" showrunner Andrew Kreisberg , the classic 1950's DC Comics' super-villain 'Gorilla Grodd' appears in the "Plastique" episode of the series, airing November 11, 2014 and we have the image to prove it:
'Gorilla Grodd' debuted in DC Comics "Flash" #106 (April–May 1959), created by writer John Broome and illustrator Carmine Infantino.
"...originally an average ape, 'Grodd' was imbued with super-intelligence by the pilot of an alien spaceship, that crashed in his homeland of Africa. Grodd's psionic abilities allow him to place other beings under his mental control.
"Grodd can also project telekinetic force beams, telekinetically transmute matter and transfer his consciousness into other bodies..."
"Plastique" is written by Aaron Helbing, Todd Helbing, Brooke Eikmeier and directed by Dermott Downs.
"....after a bomb goes off downtown, the army, led by General 'Eiling' (Clancy Brown), rolls in and takes over the case, much to the surprise of 'Joe' (Jesse Martin).

Do you also have that problem when a one week hiatus feels like years? Yeah, I thought so, and with that said, it was a blast to have a brand new episode of The CW’s new hit series The Flash back last night as it introduced a couple of new DC characters with Bette Sans Souci (Kelly Frye) and General Wade Eiling (Clancy Brown). The episode continues the series’ seed of introducing several meta-human DC characters, and this week we got to meet Plastique who is played by the talented Frye. While her character in the comic books has a villainous path, the TV show version was a whole different take. As someone who got introduced to this character on Smallville, I was completely in love with this version as she was much better written as well as performed. This Bette was a lot deeper and someone that you could…...

Hot damn! I normally like to write about the events in the episode in the order they happened, but we have got to talk about that ending! Gorilla Grodd is coming! He was teased in the pilot, but in a brief flashback we saw that the gorilla (who is seemingly just a poor lab ape at that point) was at the center of the rift between Wells and General Eiling. Wells telling the sad primate that he has “a very different future planned” is an enticing tease for the most out-there concept of the show yet.
Now on to the meat of “Plastique”, which starts with a supposed bomb going off in Central City and the sudden intrusion of the army, led by Eiling (Highlander...
