Duncan Crawford was hired by Marvel to created some of the sets for "The Avengers" movie. Now, on his blog, he unveiled a few photos of the asteroid and throne that appears during the mid-credits scene. Check out the photos below. Spoilers Ahead: "When they told me who the set was for, my comic-nerd excitement was pushed completely over the edge," he said. "This set was proof that [director Joss] Whedon was going to give a very special nod to the hardcore comic fans. Thanos." As well as constructing part of the Helicarrier, Duncan Crawford (who worked on Marvel's The Avengers as part of the set construction team) also contributed to the "promontory" set where Thor and Loki confront each other for the first time in the film and Thanos's throne. On that, he says, "When they told me who the set was for, my comic-nerd excitement was pushed completely over the edge. This set was proof that Whedon was going to give a very special nod to the hardcore comic fans. Thanos. When James, the Production Designer spoke that name, my spastic outburst left him shaking his head and commenting that he was going to have give me any further information on a drip-feed so my head wouldn't explode."
