Denis Villeneuve’s epic science fiction movie Dune starring Timothée Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, and more is the first part of a two-part adaptation of the 1965 novel of the same name by Frank Herbert. The story follows Paul Atreides played by Timothée Chalamet as his family are forced into a war for Arrakis.
Upon its release, the first part was critically acclaimed with praises for the visual effects, performances by the actors, screenplay, direction, musical score, and more. Audiences and critics especially appreciated the filmmaker and writers for their faithfulness to the source material. The second part of the movie was recently released and as expected has performed exceptionally well at the box office garnering positive comments. Fans hilariously recently pointed out a common link between the Star Wars original trilogy and Dune after a video went viral online.
