Cartoon Network has greenlighted a season 4 for the animated series Ben 10, continuing the saga of Ben Tennyson, a 10-year-old boy who discovers a magical device that can turn him into 10 different alien heroes, each with its own unique abilities.
In the new season – expected to premiere globally in the beginning of 2020 – Ben, his cousin Gwen, and Grandpa Max will venture to some of the world’s most popular destinations, including Italy, Japan and Mexico. Of course, there will still be new alien transformations, battles with villains, and more show staples.
Ben will also discover a special key that upgrades his beloved Omnitrix to add “Omni-Kix” armor enhancements to his aliens so he can power up during the action.

Korean actress, Lee Chae-Yeon will star in HBO Asia’s new horror anthology, and original drama series, “Folklore.”
Production has wrapped for the six-part hour-long series that was shot in various locations in Asia including Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea. The series is scheduled to premiere later this year on HBO Asia’s on-air, online and on-demand platforms.
Developed by HBO Asia and created by award-winning Singaporean film maker, Eric Khoo, all six episodes take place across multiple Asian countries including Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Each episode is based on each country’s deeply-rooted superstitions and myths, and presented in the local language of the country that the episode is based in, with English and local-language subtitles.

Cartoon Network has renewed its Ben 10 TV show for a second season. It will also market associated mobile and console games. The series hails from Cartoon Network Studios. Man of Action Entertainment created and executive produces the series, with John Fang serving as executive producer.
