Whitney Port addressed her health on social media after fans expressed concern that she was looking too skinny.
Fans began commenting on Port’s posts in recent weeks, saying that they were worried for the star’s wellbeing. Her husband, Tim Rosenman, eventually voiced his own thoughts about his wife’s weight loss.
“I also want to address my weight real quick,” The Hills alum said on Instagram. “I’ve gotten a lot of comments about looking too thin. At first, it didn’t bother me. I chalked it up to people not knowing what my diet looks like.”
“But Timmy brought it to my attention, as a good husband should, and said it’s not just something strangers are spewing. He has been worried about me,” she continued.
Port wrote her message over a photo of herself with her five-year-old son, Sonny. She admitted that she had stopped eating.

You know the saying, “Two is a coincidence, and three is a trend?” Hollywood stylist Maeve Reilly nailed this adage with precision pre-pandemic when she dressed Hailey Bieber in silk pajamas for three different outings. Reilly elevated each look with a mix of stylish sneakers, chic sunglasses and luxury handbags, inspiring everyone to look at their home clothes in a new light.
The Public Pajamas trend is still going strong, as demonstrated by Rihanna multiple times (with a wine glass in hand, no less), and most recently Angelina Jolie who has been seen wearing Valentino PJs at London’s Heathrow Airport. And let’s not forget when Oscar co-hosts Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes closed out the 2022 ceremony in silk PJs.

The rest will never be written.
According to Deadline, MTV has officially canceled The Hills: New Beginnings after two low-rated seasons.
The news should come as no surprise when you consider that the show has never been a big ratings performer for the young-skewing cabler.
A reboot of the popular reality series The Hills (2006-10), New Beginnings featured a mix of old and new cast members, but it had one big issue throughout its run:
It was boring.
Reality TV is typically filled with drama, but the drama was watered down.
Had MTV went in a drastically new direction by bringing no one from the original back, the show might have had legs to sustain storylines.
The series was in jeopardy after its first season.
MTV gave it a vote of confidence in the form of a speedy second-season pickup, but filming was delayed several times due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Whitney Port has some baby news for fans. The 36-year-old reality star and podcaster, who already shares 4-year-old son Sonny with husband Tim Rosenman, announced that she is pregnant and expecting again during the Nov. 3 installment of her popular "Reacting to The Hills" series on her YouTube channel. She and Rosenman explained in the 36-minute video's description that they were "emotional" during filming because they had just received troubling news about the pregnancy, but had since had another doctor's appointment and they "heard the heartbeat and saw an embryo, to everyone's surprise." In the video, Port—who previously suffered two miscarriages and a...

The cast and crew of “The Hills: New Beginnings” were just a few weeks into filming Season 2 when the world shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I think that just immediately, it was super frustrating because we had been so excited to get going for Season 2 and we had a ton of really interesting developments,” executive producer Alex Baskin says of the halt in production. “We were all bummed out because we were hitting our stride, and then we were sidelined for a while.”
Production on “The Hills: New Beginnings” didn’t fully resume until November 2020, but Baskin wasn’t worried about the time spent apart affecting the quality of the show.
“The thing about this group is that there’s always story in that the relationships are always changing anyway, so you can always pick back up — it’s just at a different place,” Baskin says.

Brody Jenner admits there's a "lot of love" between him and Audrina Patridge, but is there enough to build a relationship? Well, judging by their recent conversation with E! News, that question will be put to the test on the upcoming sophomore season of The Hills: New Beginnings. In the trailer, Audrina talks to Whitney Port about her love life, sharing, "Well, Brody and I, we did kiss." This, of course, caused fans to speculate about the nature of Brody and Audrina's relationship. As Audrina explained, "I think, everyone, once they watch the episodes you'll really get to see what's going on." She described getting closer to Brody as both...

For a show in which relationship drama lurked around every corner, most of the stars of The Hills have had relatively undramatic personal lives since venturing out into the real world—the one with no studio backdrop, that is. Of course, just a few months of Heidi and Spencer Pratt's antics back in the day more than made up for the lack of any shocking scandals coming from, say, Whitney Port's corner, but truly, compared to some shows' casts, these folks have proved to be pretty chill in their later years (i.e. their early 30s). And yet a love story doesn't have to be explosively dramatic for it to take a wrong turn, as Kristin Cavallari proved...

Vanessa Kirby and Ellen Burstyn on How ‘Pieces of a Woman’ Breaks New Ground for Female Storytelling
Late last year, Chrissy Teigen and Meghan Markle both shared their personal stories of miscarriage and child loss.
On Friday, Netflix’s Oscar-contending film “Pieces of a Woman” is released, shining a light on the taboo topics, which are rarely discussed in society, but highly common for women and families around the world.
The subject matter is what attracted star Vanessa Kirby to the project, along with Ellen Burstyn, who says the film is emblematic of the strides Hollywood has taken when it comes to the way women are portrayed in media.
“When I started out, I started out in the 1950s, so no, it would not have been possible at all! Not for many reasons. But we’ve come a long way in those 150 years,” Burstyn says, with a laugh.
“Not just in film, but with women — we acknowledge women as human beings,” the legendary actor continues.

"Sadly, I lost the pregnancy," Whitney described. "Timmy and I weren't sure if we still wanted to put this out there. I wasn't sure I wanted to relive the pain. Whitney Port may be most recognizable as a former star of MTV’s “The Hills” and its spinoff “The City,” but she has since gone on to build a successful career far beyond the realm of reality television. It’s a journey that Port says was both propelled and impeded by the notoriety that comes with starring on one of the most successful TV franchises of all time.
“The TV show happened very organically but then it created this platform for me to start these different businesses,” Port said at TheWrap’s 2020 Power Women Summit. “The reason why I ended up even doing the spinoff, ‘The City’ [which centered on Port moving from Los Angeles to New York to take a job at Diane von Fürstenberg] is so that I could launch my clothing line.”

The real O.C. still has some real friendships away from the cameras. It's been close to 14 years since MTV aired the final episode of Laguna Beach. It's been a decade since The Hills ended. However, fans still can't get enough of the friendships (and frenemies) formed on the MTV hit. Take Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, for instance. The former co-stars virtually reunited for a recent episode of Dear Media's With Whit podcast and answered the questions loyal followers have been wanting to know for years—including whether the two are still friends. "My answer to them is always … it's friends that you went to college with," Port said. Spoiler alert: they were quite honest with each other. As Port told Conrad, "I would say the question that I get asked the most of all time is are you still friends with...

The Hills may not be dead quite yet.
Just weeks after it was announced the series has been placed on indefinite hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic, comes a glimmer of hope.
TMZ is reporting that MTV and Evolution Media are toying with the idea of putting the entire cast into a bubble for some time to finish filming the second season.
Three episodes were in the can ahead of the shutdown, and the producers put a wealth of safety measures in place to allow the cast to film the show safely.
Unfortunately for fans, MTV calls the shots here and they opted to keep the show out of production in a move that shocked the cast.
If the cast film in one home in a bubble, it would make it similar to the network's other series Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which finds the cast leaving their families to live together.

The Hills: New Beginnings appears to be in danger at MTV.
As previously reported, the series was gearing up to return to production after being placed on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
With safety measures in place, the reboot was just waiting for the green light from ViacomCBS to start filming.
Now, despite the safety measures to make sure the cast and crew could safely produce the show, ViacomCBS have placed production on hold indefinitely.
PageSix first reported the news, and notes that the cast and crew have been angered by the decision, as well as the lack of communication.
“Evolution has hired an outside consultant, an infectious disease doctor and a team that will be doing the testing – and, if need be, contact tracing – if someone was to get Covid-19,” an insider told Page Six.
“They’ve been in touch with LA County Health officials on a regular basis as well.

The Hills: New Beginnings will be back in production in the coming weeks.
Page Six is reporting that the MTV reality revival is set to resume filming on its sophomore run this summer.
At this moment in time, it's looking like a late July or early August return to filming, several months after the series was placed on hiatus due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
As expected, there will be new safety protocols in place to keep the cast and crew safe while new episodes are filmed.
“Production is working with health officials in Los Angeles County to assure a healthy filming situation,” an insider said.
“They will be doing some self-shooting but mostly back to filming with the new health regulations in place for filming.”
As previously reported, Mischa Barton has been let go from the series, and will have no presence on the second season.
Caroline D'Amore has been drafted in as her replacement.
