Fittingly for a show about high school, A.P. Bio’s writers are often tasked with the least enjoyable aspect of education: homework.
“One of the ways we try to find new areas in stories is just by writing assignments and homework,” A.P. Bio showrunner Mike O’Brien tells Den of Geek. “We’ll all go home and write. I often call them sketches or scenes – just some little thing.”
O’Brien’s homework assignments have apparently paid off as they’ve allowed the comedy to reach four seasons, the first two of which aired on NBC and the following two on streaming service Peacock.
A.P. Bio is set in the fictional Whitlock High School in Toledo, Ohio and follows disgraced Harvard philosophy professor Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton) as he returns home to teach some eager nerds A.P. Biology. Unfortunately for the nerds, Jack has no intention of teaching them A.

Tom Brady returns to training camp tomorrow, but before he does, the Patriots quarterback has decided to spend a little time in the off-season spotlight. Brady is one of two central characters in 'Tom Brady's Best Friend', a Funny or Die sketch branded by Under Armour where he must deal with a clingy 'friend'. The video is a follow-up to a video from last year, 'Tom Brady's Wicked Accent', where Community actor David Neher plays a Dick's Sporting Goods employee who annoys the heck out of the All-Pro Qb by accusing him of possessing a Boston accent he clearly does not have. That video scored more than 1.8 million views, and the sequel is clearly working with the same formula. Neher once again plays his role as a social irritant, Brady acts as the beleaguered straight man, and Under Armour apparel is plastered all over the screen.

It’s Jess! And the guys! They’re back! I’m pretty excited about it if you couldn’t already tell. "The Story of the 50" was the first offering of New Girl in 2012, but perhaps more importantly, it featured the triumphant return of the douchebag jar.
This week’s episode opens with a mystery. The gang is lounging around the loft, discussing Schmidt’s latest contribution to the douchebag jar. In case you’re not familiar, here’s a brief history of said jar: It was first introduced in the pilot and people (mostly Schmidt) have to cough up some cash when they do something that is considered over the line or too bro-ish.
Anyway, Schmidt has recently made his largest donation, fifty bucks, but we don't know for what yet. Surprised that Schmidt has only forked over fifty dollars considering the number of ridiculous things he says and does?...

Elizabeth Ho (Melissa & Joey) has joined the cast of TBS’ half-hour comedy pilot Bff, from Conan O’Brien’s production company and Warner Horizon.
