Marilyn Manson has signed a record deal with the metal label Nuclear Blast, and apparently is set to release his first new music since a number of sexual abuse allegations essentially put a halt to his career. The embattled shock rocker teased a one-minute snippet of new song on his social channels.
The snippet was also shared by Nuclear Blast, with a rep confirming to Rolling Stone that the label has indeed inked a deal with Manson. No song title has been revealed but the audio clip features Manson whispering the line, “Keep sleeping/ I’ll make you dream of me.”
In February 2021, Manson’s ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood went public with accusations against the rock star, declaring, “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years.”

The artist and personal assistant who claims Marilyn Manson whipped her, threw plates at her and sexually assaulted her received a trial date Tuesday for her previously dismissed lawsuit that was revived on appeal.
Ashley Walters is now scheduled to face Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, at a jury trial set to begin June 2, 2025, a Los Angeles County judge ruled. The judge ordered the trial after Walters’ lawyer, James Vagnini, told the court that the parties were “not successful at resolving the case” during a mediation last December.

This time last year, Jonathan Majors was a star on the rise.
A graduate of Yale's drama school, Majors had a handful of major credits to his name, including HBO's Lovecraft Country, the blockbuster Rocky spinoff Creed III, and the critically acclaimed indie film The Last Black Man In San Francisco.
It was an impressive resume for a star in his early thirties -- and the best was yet to come (at least from a monetary standpoint).
Majors made headlines when signed on to play Kang the Conqueror in a slate of Marvel Cinematic Universe projects.
It was a deal that had the potential to take him from "well off" to "private island wealthy."
But in March of 2023, Majors' life was instantly turned upside down.
Fans were horrified by the downfall of an artist whom many regarded as one of the great actors of our generation.

Marilyn Manson’s penalty for pursuing failed defamation and emotional distress allegations against Westworld actress Evan Rachel Wood and artist Illma Gore has ballooned to nearly half a million dollars.
The hefty legal tab first hit six figures back on Jan. 29, when a Los Angeles judge ordered Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, to pay $326,956 for the fees Wood racked up defending against the claims struck last May from Warner’s still-pending lawsuit against the two women. Marilyn Manson‘s former assistant, Ashley Walters, won an appeal that would bring back a dismissed sexual assault lawsuit she brought against the singer in 2021.
A tribunal with California’s Second Appellate District sided with Walters and reversed a lower court ruling, ordering that the case be sent back to the judge for trial.
According to the court filings, Walters declared that Manson had forced her hand into his underpants. She alleges that he also whipped her, pushed her into a wall and made her stay awake for 48 hours straight.
The filings claim that Manson offered Walters up sexually to associates and friends. He even instructed her to stand on a chair for 12 hours and fed her cocaine so that she would not fall asleep.
There are more accusations mentioned in the filings in addition to these.
Walters claims that Manson often relied on threatening behavior, including blackmail, to keep her quiet.

A California appeals court has revived a sexual assault lawsuit against Marilyn Manson involving his former assistant Ashley Walters.
On Wednesday (December 13th), California’s Second Appellate District ruled that Walters — Manson’s assistant from 2010 to 2011 — can sue the musician for sexual assault, overturning an earlier decision that stated Walters waited to long to file the initial lawsuit.
A lower court ruled last year that Walters’ case was barred by the statute of limitations, which requires the case to be filed within two years. However, the appeals court ruled that the case was still viable under California’s “Delayed Discovery” rule, which accounts for suppressed memories due to trauma. The judge of the original hearing had previously said there were not “sufficient facts” to invoke the Delayed Discovery rule.
Walters’ lawsuit claims that she was subjected her to “sexual exploitation, manipulation and psychological abuse” by Manson while she worked as his personal assistant.

Earlier this week singer Marilyn Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, reached a settlement with an ex-girlfriend who accused him of rape. The woman, identified only as “Jane Doe,” filed her suit in 2021 — the pair were set to face off in court next week. On Wednesday, Jane Doe’s attorney Adam Wolf filed a notice of settlement in Los Angeles.
Manson’s attorney Howard King commented, “Brian is pleased that, just as previous lawsuits were abandoned without payment or settled for pennies on the dollar, this plaintiff has now agreed to drop her suit in exchange for an insurance payment representing a fraction of her demands and far less than the cost to Brian of proceeding to trial.”
Doe issued her own statement to Rolling Stone and explained why she dropped the suit: “threats, bullying, harassment and various forms of intimidation that have intensified over the past few weeks.

A California judge has tossed out most of Marilyn Manson’s defamation lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood following the actress’ claims of abuse during the one-time couple’s relationship from 2007 to 2010.

A woman who accused Marilyn Manson of sexual assault has officially retracted her claims, saying fellow accuser Evan Rachel Wood “manipulated” her into implicating the artist.
Model Ashley Morgan Smithline first accused Manson — born Brian Warner — of assault in a People cover story, which detailed numerous instances of graphic abuse throughout the couple’s two-year relationship. The report came after Wood, another ex of Manson’s, came forward with her own harrowing experience with the singer, prompting over 10 more women to do the same.
Now, however, Smithline — via a statement filed by Manson’s lawyers — says the abuse never happened, and that she “succumbed to pressure from Evan Rachel Wood and her associates to make accusations of rape and assault against Mr. Warner that were not true.”

One of Marilyn Manson’s accusers has come forward, claiming that her previous claims of sexual abuse were made up.

Singer Marilyn Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, has found himself amid an onslaught of sexual abuse lawsuits throughout his career, but his latest legal complications might be even more disturbing: alleged rape of a minor.
In 2021, Games of Thrones actress and burlesque performer Esmé Bianco sued the now 54-year-old Manson for psychological and physical abuse, persisting a stream of accusations from multiple other women who claimed that he had assaulted them. Bianco said that she was left with Ptsd and physical scars.

In response to the accusations, Manson took to Instagram, acknowledging that despite his “art and life” having long been “magnets for controversy” in the public eye, all his relationships were consensual.

Marilyn Manson is facing another lawsuit for sex crimes, this time from a woman who says she was groomed and sexually assaulted when she was underage in the 1990s.
Manson allegedly targeted the Jane Doe plaintiff when she was 16 using his celebrity to “groom, manipulate and exploit” her, resulting in multiple sexual assaults over the course of their relationship, according to a complaint filed Monday in New York state court. She argues Manson’s record label Nothing Records, an arm of Interscope, failed to protect her by neglecting to carry safeguards to prevent its artists from committing sex crimes.
The suit is one of multiple after a recently passed New York law temporarily suspended the statute of limitations on sexual assault claims, giving adult victims of sexual abuse a one-year window to sue regardless of when the alleged crimes occurred. Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, joins Bill Cosby,...

“Game of Thrones” actor Esmé Bianco has agreed to settle a federal lawsuit with rocker Marilyn Manson in which she alleged sexual, physical and emotional abuse, attorneys for both sides said Wednesday.
Bianco reached the agreement in her lawsuit against Manson and his record company “in order to move on with her life and career,” lawyer Jay Ellwanger said in an email.
Manson’s attorney Howard King also confirmed the agreement in an email. He previously said the actions alleged in the suit “simply never happened” and were “provably false.”
In the lawsuit filed in federal court in Los Angeles in 2021, Bianco said Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, violated human trafficking law by bringing her to California from England in 2009 and 2011 under the false pretenses of roles in music videos and movies that never materialized.

Marilyn Manson has settled a lawsuit brought by Esmé Bianco, a Game of Thrones actress who accused him of sexual, physical and psychological abuse in a series of violent incidents over the course of their relationship.
