- In his volunteer days, was peer nominated three times in NewTV's "Volunteer of The Year" award category; once in 2001, 2002, and 2004.
- In 2005, won a NewTV Red Carpet Award of Excellence in the "Best Overall Educational Access Program" category, for "All Over The Map," accepting on behalf of the entire production team.
- In 2005, competing against the entire northeast, won The Alliance For Community Media's Hometown Video Festival award for "Most Innovative" in the "Professional" category for the program "All Over The Map." He not only appeared in this educational and entertaining half-hour show, but also served as one of the producers, writers, principal editors, and teachers to the less-experienced students involved in the project.
- Began his foray into multimedia arts and entertainment in 2000, through regular employment and interning at various local television stations in Massachusetts. He particularly received his extensive background in television and video production at Newton's state-of-the-art NewTV.
- Is an avid writer of poetry and prose.
- Donated over a hundred dollars to help finance The 1 Second Film project. He has promoted the project in various ways through his presence in independent media.
- Was seriously considered to be cast as one of the eight house-mates for the second season of VH1's The Pickup Artist (2007), in Los Angeles, California. Despite advancing through the national audition process, and seen as a favorite of the top ten prospective finalists, he ultimately was not cast for the season. He had faxed over a release and was still in talks with L.A. production staff two weeks before shooting began.
- Was hand selected at an open casting call to attend his first major feature film audition; an April first reading for the "Undergrad" role in _"Surrogates, The" (2009)_ .
