The Law Office of Adrian F. Roscher represents clients in a variety of entertainment and intellectual property matters and related business
transactions, primarily in independent film, television and music production, finance and distribution. Mr. Roscher's experience encompasses the representation of independent film financiers, independent film production companies, individual film, television and music producers, film sales and distribution companies and he has represented numerous banks, mezzanine lenders and equity investors providing single-picture project financing and/or secured lines of credit for established companies in the entertainment industries, as well as borrowers/producers in such transactions and clients in entertainment and related-industry insolvency and credit workout matters as well. The office also represents creative artists, rights holders, completion guarantors and investors in entertainment companies, with additional experience in general corporate matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, corporate asset purchase and sale transactions, trademark matters, software
licensing, buy-out financing and other secured financing transactions. Prior to forming his own independent law office, Mr. Roscher was of counsel at the Pachulski firm for several years and prior to that a partner at Loeb & Loeb and a senior associate at Sidley & Austin, all in Century City. A member of the California State Bar, Mr. Roscher holds a JD from Stanford University (1984) and a BA from Columbia University (1981).
