Welcome to the latest installment in our regular Movies You May Have Missed series here on Nerdly, in which I highlight some of, what I think, are the best movies that have flown under the radar of many or have been “forgotten” in the intervening years since its release. Indie director Matthias Olof Eich, who brought us Break in 2009, plans on a grand return next year with the release of his upcoming Cerusit, on which filming is currently under way.
Everything is being kept very hush-hush on this project, but from what we've been able to gather, it stars Aciel Martinez Pol and Patrick Jahns. For all other available info, visit the official Cerusit website and the Cerusit Facebook page, or follow the film on Twitter(@cerusit_movie).

Matthias Olof Eich's brutal German thriller 'Break' is finally set for a DVD release here in the UK. The sadistic backwoods slasher story of Canadian redneck hunters will hit DVD on these shores from 16 April thanks to Trinity X. The Praetoria Productions and I-Catcher Media co-production which did the festival rounds back in 2009 and which was also penned by director Eich stars Lili Schackert, Esther Maass, Ralph Willmann, Marina Anna Eich, Thelma Buabeng, Sebastian Badenberg, Patrick Jahns and Meelah Adams.
