Formed by Russell Pollard—formerly of Sebadoh, The Folk Implosion, and Earlimart—the group is touring later this year with Neil Young and is tight with producers Richard Swift and Rob Schnapf, the latter of whom made Beck’s Mellow Gold and Odelay, Elliott Smith’s Xo and Figure 8, and Foo Fighters’ self-titled debut.
