There are so many horror movies released every week – even just in the UK, I’m sure there’s many more released worldwide – it’s a shame that a huge percentage of these wont be seen by as many people as they maybe deserve to be, solely because it might not be top of a long list of films people will see at some point. So I always enjoy watching as many as the smaller indie genre movies as I possibly can and 30 Miles From Nowhere is one of these.
30 Miles From Nowhere doesn’t start with much originality. A group of friends reunite several years after college when one of them commits suicide. They get together...

In a convoluted game of cat-and-mouse, Matthew McConaughey stars as an attorney who finds himself in a case that is anything but ordinary in The Lincoln Lawyer. Apparently, we have a case of a lawyer getting in too deep, and while not the biggest McConaughey fan on the block, this one looks intriguing, and has the supporting cast to give it a boost of watchability.
Unfortunately, the trailer doesn't give us enough of William H. Macy, or John Leguizamo, and the action we get is put together a little too fast and furious, but considering the source, I suppose we are meant to get the general idea rather quickly. Check the trailer, and let me know your thoughts. Can McConaughey pull off such a role? Are you going to be keeping an eye out for this one?
