Deborah Schoeneman wrote for the first two seasons of "Girls" and the final season of "The Newsroom." Over the past few years, she has developed drama pilots for Apple, AMC and ABC. Before moving to Los Angeles, she was a reporter for The New York Times and and a Contributing Editor for New York Magazine. She's from Larchmont, NY, and graduated from Cornell University.
She graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor's Degree.
